The Bloody Good Biltong Co.
The Bloody Good Biltong Co. was established in York, WA in 2020. It all started from a backyard passion for making handmade and air-dried beef biltong for family and friends. This pastime and love of beef come from our family backgrounds in agriculture and livestock production, where beef was central to life in more ways than one.
Our ethos is on producing high quality, rustic and all-natural beef biltong from WA’s best beef cuts, using locally sourced ingredients. It’s best enjoyed with friends and family over a beer, whilst road tripping around our amazing state or anytime that a quick & Moorish snack is needed.

Chocolate maker Mark creates award-winning chocolate bars and spreads them in small batches and uses minimal additional ingredients. Cailo’s Australian Natives Range includes dark chocolate with Lemon Myrtle, Ooray (Davidson’s Plum) or Mountain Pepper and is a unique taste sensation of unexpected flavours and complexity. Grow Safe
Grow Safe® is a leading manufacturer of mineral fertilisers and soil microbial products, for use in both agriculture and the home garden. We operate in predominantly rural Western Australia, including agricultural areas of the South West, Great Southern and Wheatbelt regions. A typical day could include sourcing raw materials from across Australia, manufacturing products out of Tenterden, completing soil tests, working with farmers for their nutritional programs or researching a new biological strain with academia. Grow Safe® agreed to participate to help bridge the gap between producers (farmers) and consumers (customers) that commercial food production can be both sustainable and productive. Soil is more than a medium for a plant to grow – it is a living entity that can determine the quality of our food.

Jingymia Mill
We are James and Ashleigh Haggerty, husband and wife team and parents to a beautiful daughter Hazel. We are Natural Intelligence farmers alongside James’ parents Ian and Di Haggerty from the central Wheatbelt of WA. We have a passion for regenerative agriculture and producing food of the highest quality standards and nutritional value.
Jingymia Mill: our name is inspired by the name of the native Jingymia mallee trees exclusively found in our farming area.
We have started a stone milling micro business, milling our natural intelligence grain into whole wheat flour. Our specific focus is to produce clean healthy and nutrient-dense flour for people straight from our farm to your kitchen.
We use a small benchtop Waldner stone mill to mill our whole wheat flour. Our grain is ground slowly between two natural stones at a low temperature to keep all the available nutrients intact. Our whole wheat flour contains all three elements of the grain; the bran, germ and endosperm. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away.

Miller and Baker
Miller and Baker source their wheat directly from WA farmers. Specifically, farmers are dedicated to improving soil biology which in turn improves the uptake of nutrients to the grain. They stone mill daily at low temperatures preserving the whole wheat, including the wheat germ, and bake the next day!
Freshly milled flour is a premium product and should be thought of in the same way as freshly ground coffee. Wheat grain may differ according to the wheat variety, how it is grown, the harvest – this will all impact the nutrient density and flavour profile.
